"Sugar, I love you". What a great cookbook title! It immediately caught my attention: Who could it be that has the courage to praise sugar in these "dates as sweetener" and "avocado brownies" times, I wondered? The answer is the London-based dessert chef Ravneet Gill. She is passionate about cakes and desserts, and I was lucky with the timing of the interview, as she is now a rising food star. She is a judge on TV programs such as "Junior Bake Off" and "Five star kitchen: Britain's next big chef", together with Michelin legend Michel Roux. She also has another cookbook out. And a baby!
